Authors wishing to contribute to EVER’09 are kindly invited to submit a comprehensive abstract of two to three A4 pages, one-column format, including author name(s), mailing address, e-mail address and the preferred topic (to be selected from the provided list of topics). The abstract should summarize the content of the full paper, indicating its aim, original contribution, and conclusions.
The conference language is English.

Submissions should be done electronically through the conference website.

Authors of provisionally accepted papers will be requested to submit their full papers via the conference website. Final acceptance will be based on full papers. The preferred format of both abstract and full paper files is PDF. MS-Word files are also acceptable.

A paper will be included in the conference CD-ROM proceedings only after receipt of the registration fee of one of the authors in due terms.

Authors wishing to organize a special session or a workshop on a typical topic related to the conference ones are invited to contact the conference secretariat: contact@mc2d.org

Motivating procedures and awards are available. Of particular interest are:

1. free registration fees is offered for special session organizers. A special session should include four papers dealing with a specific topic which belongs to the conference ones. Should you require further information about special session organization do not hesitate to contact us (contact@mc2d.org).

2.
authors of best presented papers will have the opportunity to publish extended and improved versions of their papers in special issues of:
    - COMPEL (International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering), published by     Emerald (UK),
    - TSSD (Transactions on Systems, Signals and Devices: Issues on Power Electrical Systems), published by Shaker-Verlag     (Germany).

3.
awards, sponsored by the Foundation of Prince Albert II of Monaco (www.fondationprincealbertiidemonaco.net), will be offered to the:

• best paper presented in oral session,
• best paper presented in poster session,
• best student paper presented in oral session,
• best student paper presented in poster session,
• best special session on ecological vehicles,
• best special session on renewable energies,
• best paper among the thirty first submitted ones.
