Authors wishing to contribute to EVER’12 are kindly invited to submit a comprehensive abstract of two to three A4 pages, one-column format, including author name(s), mailing address, e-mail address and the preferred topic (to be selected from the provided list of topics). The abstract should summarize the content of the full paper, indicating its aim, original contribution, and conclusions. The conference language is English.
Submissions should be done electronically through the conference website :

Authors of provisionally accepted papers will be requested to submit their full papers and one-page abstrcts to the program committee chairman. Final acceptance will be based on full papers. The preferred format of both full paper and one-page abstrac files is PDF. MS-Word files are also acceptable.
A paper will be included in the conference CD-ROM proceedings only after receipt of the registration fee of one of the authors in due terms.

Authors wishing to organize special sessions on typical topics in harmony with the conference ones are invited to contact the conference secretariat: contact@mc2d.org
Motivating benefits and awards are scheduled, such as:
1. free registration and accommodation fees are offered to special session organizers,

Authors of best presented papers will have the opportunity to publish extended and improved versions of their papers in special issues of the following journals:
• COMPEL: the International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, published by Emerald, UK,
• ELECTROMOTION, published by Mediamira Science Publisher, Romania,
• TSSD: Transactions on Systems, Signals and Devices (Issues on Electrical Power Systems), published by Shaker-Verlag, Germany,
• IJRER: International Journal of Renewable Energy Research, published online, Turkey.
3. awards, sponsored by the Foundation of Prince Albert II of Monaco will be offered to the:
• the best paper presented in sessions on ecological vehicles (EV),
• the best paper presented in sessions on renewable energies (RE),
• the best paper presented in sessions on topics shared by both RE and EV (REV),
• the best special session on EV,
• the best special session on RE,
• the best special session on REV.
